Riley Carter

Riley Carter is an experienced commercial business manager and grain merchandiser with a solid background in the crude oil and agricultural sectors. Current responsibilities at ONEOK involve managing commercial operations for long haul pipelines in West Texas and overseeing crude oil assets in the Houston area. Prior roles at Viterra US included leading corn trade into the poultry market and managing logistics for significant annual bushels, as well as originating wheat and soybeans for barge loading facilities. Earlier experience at Gavilon Group, LLC, included positions as a grain merchandiser and intern, contributing to operations in commodity marketing. Riley Carter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness with a focus on Commodity Marketing from Purdue University.
