Rob Wagner, PE, PMP, currently serves as Supervisor of Plant Operations at ONEOK since March 2024. Previously, Wagner held the position of Senior Process Engineer at MP Materials from December 2022 to March 2024 and contributed to ONEOK in various engineering roles, including Process Engineering & Optimization Lead, Operations Engineer, and Field Engineer from September 2018 to January 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Chemical Engineer at Barr Engineering Co. from July 2016 to September 2018 and completing internships in petroleum and process engineering at Running Foxes Petroleum and Archer Daniels Midland Company, respectively. Wagner began professional development as a Project Management Intern at Kadrmas Lee & Jackson while earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota between 2011 and 2016.
