Ryan Speier

Ryan Speier has extensive experience in both the pipeline industry and professional baseball. Currently serving as the Pipeline Control Simulation Coordinator at ONEOK since December 2018, Ryan develops and maintains simulation environments and leads training sessions focused on customer service, safety, and compliance. Prior roles at ONEOK include Senior Pipeline Controller and Pipeline Controller, where responsibilities included utilizing SCADA systems to oversee natural gas liquids. Ryan also founded Speier Baseball, LLC, managing operations and providing tailored instruction. A former professional athlete, Ryan played for teams such as the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs, Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles, and Colorado Rockies, where achievements included being a mid-season all-star and a participant in the World Series. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Radford University.
