Scott Melton

Scott Melton has a diverse and extensive career in the field of taxation. Scott began their career as a Tax Accountant at Robert D. Kinard, CFE, CPA, PA in 1997, where they gained fundamental knowledge and skills in tax accounting. In 2003, they joined Ernst & Young as a Tax Senior Manager, where they further developed their expertise and achieved success in managing tax-related projects. In 2015, Melton took on a prominent role as Tax Director at ONEOK, where they played a crucial role in overseeing tax-related matters for the company. Recently, in April 2022, they were promoted to the position of VP Tax at ONEOK, indicating their continued growth and leadership in the field.

Scott Melton received their B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2002. Scott later pursued a Masters of Accountancy with a specialization in Tax from the University of South Carolina, completing their degree in 2003.
