Terrence LaGarde is currently serving as Manager of Operations for the Central Texoma District at ONEOK since September 2023, overseeing field operations teams and refining product and crude oil assets across multiple states. Previously, LaGarde held various managerial and supervisory positions at Magellan Midstream Partners from April 2006 to September 2023, including Manager of Operations, Area Supervisor roles, and Operations Supervisor. Earlier experience includes serving as a Police Officer at the Houma Police Department and as a Shift Supervisor at the Terrebonne Parish Juvenile Detention Center. LaGarde's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where service was rendered from June 1991 to May 1996.
