Toby Burgin is currently the Sr. Manager of Safety & Health for Crude Oil at ONEOK, a position they began in 2024. Previously, Toby served as the Director of EHS & Regulatory at Medallion Midstream, LLC, and held the role of Regulatory Compliance Manager there from 2015 to 2018. With extensive experience in environmental management, Toby worked as an Environmental Manager at EXCO Resources, Inc. and New Waskom Gas, overseeing compliance and safety issues across Southern US assets. Toby earned a B.S. in Environmental Science from West Texas A&M University and an MBA from The University of Dallas.
