Tommy Gappa

Tommy Gappa currently serves as Account Director for Crude Oil Marketing at ONEOK, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Tommy gained extensive experience at Phillips 66, where positions included Crude Lease Representative, Crude Oil Scheduler, and Operations Analyst, spanning nearly a decade from December 2013 to April 2023. Tommy's career began at Plains All American as a Crude Oil Accountant, followed by a role as Bond Offering Acquisition Specialist at Bondtrac, Inc. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from the University of Houston.
