Michael W. has a diverse work experience across various industries. Michael started their career as the Beta Xi Chapter Founder, Creator, & President of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity from 2012 to 2015, where they successfully changed the fraternity's reputation by implementing philanthropic activities and promoting anti-hazing initiatives. In 2015, they had an internship as a Digital Media Manager at Insomnia Coffee Company. Later that year, they joined J.J. Taylor Companies, Inc. as an Account Manager until 2018, where they managed accounts, integrated new brands, and provided support for complex problems. In 2019, they worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Logical Position and as a Construction Recruiter - Senior Account Executive at Bradsby Group. In 2020, they became an Account Relationship Manager at Gró HR Consulting until 2021. From 2022 to 2023, they served as an Account Manager at HTSA, and currently, they hold the position of Client Services Representative at OneOme starting from February 2023.
