Ryan Murray is a Chef De Cuisine at One&Only One Za’abeel, currently residing in Dubai. Having studied computer science at the Cork College of Commerce for two years, Ryan transitioned into the hospitality industry and started working as a commi chef at Hayfield Manor, quickly advancing through various positions. Ryan further developed culinary skills at Adare Manor, where they served as a sous chef, before moving to the UAE to take on the role of Senior Sous Chef at La Ville Hotel. In 2025, Ryan assumed the position of Chef De Cuisine at One&Only Resorts.
