David B.

David B. serves as the Branch Chief for Space Access, Mobility & Logistics at the United States Space Force, overseeing collaborative efforts with NASA and partners. Previous roles include leadership positions in Space Industrial Base and Supply Chain management, as well as capabilities assessment within Space Technologies. David B. holds advisory and executive committee roles in various organizations, including America Makes and Kronos Fusion Energy, and actively supports startups and women entrepreneurs through Just David's Rideshare. Education includes a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo and multiple certifications from prestigious institutions such as MIT and Johns Hopkins University.
