Tamer Amer

Tamer Amer has been working in the food and beverage industry since 1998. Tamer began their career as an Assistant Manager at Texas de Brazil, before becoming a General Manager at Picanha churrascarias in 1999. In 2003, they took on the role of Operating Partner at Spark Woodfire Grill. In 2008, they were both the Founder of Fuego grill & sushi bar and the Chairman of California F&B Group. In 2020, they founded Longhorn Texas BBQ. Most recently, they have been the Founder & CEO of OneOrder.net since 2021.

Tamer Amer attended Collin College from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
