Chonden has four years of work experience in business development. In 2021, Chonden joined OneOrigin as a Business Development Specialist. From 2018 to 2021, Chonden worked at Sun Technologies as a Business Development Executive, specializing in IT solutions such as Infrastructure Management Services, Gaming Services, Application Development, and Application Testing Services. Prior to that, Chonden was a Business Development Executive at Champions Group from 2017 to 2018 and an Inside Sales Associate at Sagacious Infosystems from 2016 to 2017.

Chonden obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Retail Management from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok between 2014 and 2017. Additionally, Chonden has obtained certifications in Python Basics + Advanced from Devu.in in August 2016, Certification in Data Science with SAS from Imarticus Learning Private Limited in March 2016, and Analytics from Internshala in March 2015.
