About ONEORVE & CO
Building legacies, one venture at a time.

Incorporated in 2025 in Singapore, ONEORVE & CO was founded on a simple conviction: great ideas need more than capital, they need stewardship, structure, and a place to grow with intention.

We are a boutique venture and advisory firm focused on supporting aspiring founders, entrepreneurs, and micro-businesses as they transform early vision into sustainable, enduring enterprises. Rather than chasing short-term trends, we take a disciplined, long-term view, pairing strategic guidance with operational grounding to help ventures survive their early stages and scale with resilience.

Our approach bridges innovation with prudence. We combine forward-looking strategy with a strong emphasis on governance, financial discipline, and asset-backed thinking, ensuring that every decision is made with the same care we would apply to our own commitments.

Unlike traditional venture capital models, ONEORVE & CO is intentionally built as a closely held platform, cultivating opportunity within a trusted network of partners, friends, and family. We operate as collaborators first, mentors, partners, and stewards, rather than distant investors.

As we continue to grow, we remain anchored in a culture of learning, discretion, and responsible expansion. Our ambition is not scale for its own sake, but the creation of enduring value, ventures that stand the test of time and outlive the cycles of markets.

We are building quietly, deliberately, and with purpose, one venture at a time.
