Scott Fowler

Scott Fowler has held various positions in the healthcare industry since 1993. Scott began their career as an Attorney/Physician at the Practice of Legal Medicine. In 1999, they moved to East TN OB/GYN as an MD. Two years later, they took on the same role at Blue Ridge OB/GYN. In 2005, they became an MD OB/GYN at Holston Medical Group - Seasons of Kingsport. In 2012, they became President of Qualuable Medical Professionals, an Accountable Care Organization (ACO). That same year, they also became President and CEO of OnePartner HIE, a technology and healthcare transformation company. Finally, in 2009, they became President and CEO of Holston Medical Group.

Scott Fowler completed their Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Philosophy from Earlham College in 1981. Scott then attended the University of Georgia School of Law and obtained their Juris Doctor in 1985. Afterward, they attended the Medical College of Georgia and obtained their Medical Doctorate in 1989. Scott then completed an Internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the same institution in 1990. Following this, they completed a Residency in Locum-Tenens, Coastal Emergency Services at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University in 1992. Finally, they completed a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Louisiana State University in 1999.
