Derek Ponder

Derek Ponder is a Real Estate Specialist at ONEPATH REALTY, a position held since June 2023. Ponder has accumulated diverse experience in the real estate sector, having served as a Real Estate Agent at SellState Next Generation Realty from May 2021 to May 2023 and completing an internship at NRL Mortgage since October 2018. Prior to these roles, Ponder was the Assistant Director at Ponders Christian Learning Center and Preschool from August 2016 to December 2021 and a Summer Intern at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in June 2015, focusing on Geoscience and various ecosystems.
