Brandon Bushman

Brandon Bushman has over five years of work experience in the field of information technology and service delivery. Brandon began their career as a behavioral health technician at the Haugland Learning Center in February 2017 and worked there until July 2017. Brandon then worked as a customer service advocate for Highmark BCBS at Staffmark for two months. After that, they worked as an IT support specialist for ECM Energy Services from October 2017 to May 2018. From May 2018 to September 2018, they worked as a service desk analyst at FireEye, Inc. Brandon then worked as an IT operations administrator for K.S. of West Virginia from February 2019 to August 2019. From August 2019 to September 2021, they worked for Biztec LLC as a service delivery manager, cloud solutions specialist, and IT consultant/engineer. Brandon then worked as an IT field technician for SmartSource Technical Solutions from July 2017 to May 2023. Currently, Brandon Bushman is working as a technical support specialist at Coplin Health Systems since September 2021, and they will start working as a technical consultant for 1Path from June 2023. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their dedication to customer service and building strong client relationships, efficient troubleshooting skills, experience in designing new security controls, and enhancing system performance and reliability.

Brandon Bushman earned an associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Culinary institute of Virginia of E.C.P.I. University in 2013. Brandon then went on to pursue a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity from the American Public University System, which they obtained in 2020. In addition to their formal education, Brandon also obtained various certifications including Splunk Certified User 6.x, Fireeye HX Endpoint Security Deployment, Fireeye PX Network Forensic Analyzer Deployment, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt, between 2017 and 2018.
