Douglas Jones

Douglas Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Client Advocate at Checkpoint Technologies until 2004. Douglas then joined Radiant Systems Inc. as the Director of Support Aloha from 2004 until 2012. After that, they joined NCR Corporation where they held various leadership positions. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Director of Support Local Office. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Director of Support NCR Silver and won the Salesforce Service Cloud Innovation Award twice during their tenure. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Executive Director of Entitlements, focusing on Time & Materials and Entitlement Revenue Gap. Lastly, starting in 2023, they are the Vice President of Professional Services at 1Path.

Douglas Jones attended Minot State University from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Radio and Television. Douglas did not obtain a degree from this institution. In addition to their education, Douglas also received certifications such as MOUS Excel Expert from Microsoft in May 2011 and ITIL from Pink Elephant in June 2009.
