Jay Ashby

Jay Ashby has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Customer Service Representative and Cashier at Kroger, where they excelled in providing excellent customer service. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Executive Assistant at Dajen Enterprises, where they supported the CEO and managed executive-level meetings and travel.

In 2014, Jay pursued a career as a Professional Basketball Player, earning accolades such as the MVP title and leading their team to become National Champions. Jay continued their basketball career in 2021 as a player for Eurobasket.com, averaging 28.9 points per game.

In 2015, Jay joined CEB as a Senior Business Development Specialist. In this role, they managed sales relationships with technology executives and successfully sold advisory-based memberships. Jay also played a key role in compliance measures and developed a training program for new team members.

From 2019 to 2022, Jay worked at The Carter Center as an Information Technology Administrator. Jay developed security awareness training policies and conducted training sessions across international field offices to enhance cybersecurity awareness and introduce new technologies.
