Randy Nieves has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Randy is currently the Chief Solutions Officer at 1Path, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at NexusTek from July 2018 to September 2021, where they served as the CTO and SVP Product Management. In this role, they were responsible for product management and development, as well as launching new products and consolidating catalogs of previous acquisitions. Randy also worked closely with sales and marketing to drive market demand and launched a modernized cybersecurity solution.

Before joining NexusTek, Randy worked at Cal Net Technology Group from July 2015 to June 2018. Randy held the position of CTO and was responsible for solutions strategy, product and service development, and cloud transformation. Randy was also involved in M&A activities and played a role in translating the technology roadmap to investors. Prior to becoming the CTO, Randy held the role of Director of Technology Strategy at Cal Net from August 2014 to July 2015. In this position, they were responsible for solutions strategy, overseeing the design of cloud services, and maintaining vendor partnerships.

Randy's earlier experience includes working at School-Link Technologies as the Director of Technical Operations from January 2003 to March 2006. Here, they managed internal IT, network systems, and telephony, and played a role in winning bid awards for projects with major school districts. Randy also worked as an IT Manager at School-Link Technologies from April 1999 to December 2002.

Randy's career began at Computer Assisted Food Service, where they held various roles including Technical Project Manager from July 1995 to March 1999 and Programmer/Analyst from February 1991 to August 1995.

Randy Nieves completed their education in two institutions. From 1984 to 1986, they attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science. Following this, they attended The University of Southern Mississippi from 1987 to 1990 and acquired a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Randy Nieves has also obtained several certifications. Randy earned the CSSA certification from SonicWall Inc. in August 2007, and later, in April 2018, they obtained the SNSA certification from the same institution. Additionally, they hold the ITIL certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, although the specific month and year of acquisition are not mentioned.
