Arnoldo Cantu has worked in the technology industry since 2006. At Softtek, they held the role of QA Engineer, where they were responsible for Automated and Performance Testing Instruction, Design and Implementation of Automated and Performance Testing Strategies, Analysis and Estimation of Automated and Performance Testing Projects, Performance Test Script Design, Performance Test Script Creation using LoadRunner v11, Performance Test Scenario Definition and Execution using LoadRunner v11, Research and Development of new HP Technologies, HP and ISTQB Certifications, Automation Framework Design and Creation, Creation and Maintenance of Automated Scripts using QuickTest Professional v11 and Quality Center v11, Quality Center v11 Project Management and Customization, Quality Center v11 Site Administration, and Quality Center v11 Installation. In 2012, they joined Penske Logistics (Softtek US) as QA Lead, where they were the Technical Leader of the QA team and was responsible for HP ALM v11 Implementation, HP ALM v11 Training for the QA Team, and HP ALM v11 Training for Penske Associates. In 2013, they moved to Infosys as Technical Test Lead. In 2011, they were a Consultant at Bimbo Bakeries USA. Since 2018, they have held the roles of Chief Operating Officer, Operations Manager, and QA Manager at Onephase.

Arnoldo Cantu received their Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon in 2006. Prior to that, they attended the Latin American School of Monterrey from 1987 to 2001.
