Michela Celi

Michela Celi is the Director of Operations at OnePlan, where they currently lead the operations team to launch the OnePlan 2D and Venue Twin platform for the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games. With over 15 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, and marketing across TMT and Government sectors worldwide, Michela has a proven track record in business strategy, start-up project launches, and cross-functional team leadership. They have contributed significantly to the Digital Transformation Task Force for the Italian Government, managing EU funding for national digital identity systems. Michela has also held advisory roles at institutions such as the American University of Dubai and Al Ghurair University. They earned a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and completed a program in Digital Marketing Strategies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
