Stephan Reed

Stephan Reed has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stephan currently works as a Venues Manager at VenueTwin, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, Stephan worked at The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel for nearly a decade. Stephan served as a Technical Director from March 2018 to July 2021, where they designed, managed, and implemented technology solutions for the venue. Stephan also managed the safety of over 300 concerts and events and played a key role in developing a safe COVID-19 policy. Before their role as Technical Director, Stephan held the position of Senior Entertainment Production Manager from March 2012 to March 2018. In this role, they oversaw various technical aspects of shows in the Arena and developed seating and staging plans to enhance the guest experience. Stephan also reviewed and developed safe working guidelines and practices for staging, rigging, and special effects work. Prior to their time at The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel, Stephan worked at Xtreme Xecution as a Director and Lighting Designer from February 2009 to February 2012. Stephan managed production and lighting design for numerous events, including the IFFA Awards, which reached an audience of over 150 million viewers. Stephan's earlier experiences include roles as a Production Manager and Lighting Designer at Winky Productions / International Sound and Light from August 2002 to February 2009 and at New Dimension Production from August 1999 to August 2002. Stephan worked on a wide range of concerts, television shows, conferences, and entertainment installations during this time. Stephan also gained experience as a Lighting Technician at Theatre Royal Plymouth from November 1997 to August 1999. Overall, Stephan Reed brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in venue management, technical production, and lighting design to their current role as Venues Manager.

Stephan Reed attended The University of Salford from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a BTEC HND degree in Engineering, specializing in Professional Sound and Video Technology.
