Hubert Liu

Hubert Liu is an experienced imaging technology professional currently serving as the Mage Development Technical Director at OnePlus since February 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing imaging technology and managing the collaboration with Hasselblad for the OP9 products. Prior to this role, Hubert worked at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. as a Technical Expert from October 2017 to October 2019, focusing on camera system group algorithms and near-infrared system design. Hubert’s previous experience also includes serving as Deputy Director at 华晶科技股份有限公司, where responsibilities encompassed developing dual camera algorithms and evaluating ISP capabilities, and holding various technical leadership positions at HTC from October 2004 to October 2015, including designing camera functions and optical systems. Hubert holds a Master’s Degree in Optical Engineering from National Central University, earned between 2002 and 2004.
