Nikhil Agarwal

Nikhil Agarwal is currently the Head of Indirect Taxation at OnePlus India, leading GST and Customs compliance efforts. Prior to this role, Nikhil served as a Senior Manager at Xiaomi India, where they managed indirect taxation across multiple countries and addressed compliance, advisory, and litigation issues. Nikhil has also held positions at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan, EY, and R K D S & Associates, gaining extensive experience in tax law, audits, and legal advisories. They hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Karnataka State Law University and a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
