Kyle Willhite is a Senior Grower at OnePointOne, where they focus on efficient and consistent crop production while managing the Production Grow Team. With seven years of experience in the agricultural industry, including roles as an AmeriCorps VIP Fellow at Common Roots Farm and Hydroponic Farm Supervisor at Local Greens Inc., Kyle has cultivated a deep passion for growing healthy produce and engaging communities. They have dedicated significant time to controlled environment agriculture (CEA) and regenerative practices, believing in the transformative potential of agriculture to improve diets and health. Additionally, Kyle has a background in coaching volleyball, having served as the Head Volleyball Coach at DIABLO VALLEY VOLLEYBALL CLUB for nearly a decade.
