Shane Hodge has a diverse work experience starting from 1999 to present. Shane began their career at Redneck Computers as an IT Help Desk Specialist and Office Administrator, where they successfully resolved software and hardware issues for over 2,000 customers. Shane implemented an efficient ticketing system and provided clients with information on available upgrades to improve customer satisfaction and productivity.
In 2019, Shane joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an IT Support Associate II, specializing in Data Center Engineering. During their tenure, they gained valuable experience in managing data center operations and maintaining equipment.
Most recently, Shane joined OneQode™ in 2021 as a Project Manager and Senior System Engineer based in Tokyo. Shane'sresponsibilities include building and maintaining intercontinental network connections for high-performance business systems, as well as writing system performance requirements.
