Florian Mitanchey

Florian Mitanchey is a skilled engineer with experience in various prestigious organizations, including CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique, where involvement focused on kinetic theory of gases and the Boltzmann equation. Additionally, Florian completed an internship with Armée de l’air et de l’espace, contributing to the STALLION project aimed at developing military aircraft models for tactical training. A current doctoral student at ONERA - The French Aerospace Lab, Florian is engaged in numerical simulation of premixed turbulent combustion. Previous work also includes an internship at CEA, evaluating the radar signature of atmospheric re-entry objects. Florian holds a Doctor of Engineering degree in multiphysics modeling and mathematics from ENSEIRB-MATMECA, completed in 2023.
