Thomas S. has a diverse range of work experience in user experience (UX) design and management. Thomas'smost recent role was as a Product Design Manager at OneRail starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior User Experience Lead at Setscale (formerly Float Financial) from December 2022 to May 2023.

From June 2021 to December 2022, Thomas was a User Experience Manager at LSQ, where they built a foundational understanding of user-centered design thinking and led a creative team. Prior to LSQ, they worked as a Lead UX Designer at Systems Plus, Inc., focusing on improving productivity and introducing a design system.

Thomas also has experience as a Lead UX Designer at Chargebacks911, where they evaluated and improved the client experience, and at Bond-Pro, where they analyzed requirements and improved software architecture.

Earlier in their career, Thomas worked as a Senior UX Designer and Creative Director at Revcontent, where they optimized platform performance and implemented a strategic brand guide. Thomas was also a Senior UX Designer at Threshold 360, where they developed user architecture and conducted user testing.

Thomas began their career as an Interactive Designer and Art Director at Ultramatics, where they developed front-end interfaces and consulted on expansion projects. Thomas also served as the Chief Designer at PARC 360, Inc., leading research and strategy development for a new application concept.

From 2003 to 2005, Thomas S. attended Marchman Technical College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Commercial Design.
