John Chan

John Chan is a process-focused leader with over 10 years of management experience in both the military and startups. With a background in the US Navy as an Expeditionary Security Detachment Officer and Surface Warfare Officer, they honed skills in leadership, problem-solving, and team management. John previously served as the Director of Business Development at UpGuard, where they built strategic partnerships in the IT security sector, and they currently hold the same position at OneRange. John also brings experience from roles at Google and Apple, demonstrating a strong foundation in business development and marketing. They are pursuing an MBA at Columbia Business School and hold a BS in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
