Eric Westphal

Eric Westphal has held various roles throughout their work experience. Eric is currently the Founder and CEO of OneRequest, a position they have held since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Tallgrass Energy from 2012 to 2020, where they held several roles including Senior VP of HR, IT & Corporate Risk from 2017 to 2020, VP and General Manager of Terminals from 2014 to 2017, and VP of Corporate Development & IT from 2012 to 2014. Before joining Tallgrass Energy, they worked at Tallgrass Capital as an Associate from 2008 to 2012. Eric also worked at Progressive Insurance as a Product Manager from 2005 to 2008, at MachineryLink as the VP of Information and Technology from 2000 to 2003, and at Sprint as an Analyst/Project Manager from 1996 to 2000.

Eric Westphal obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University from 1991 to 1996. Eric'smajor was in Accounting and Management Information Systems. Following this, they pursued further education at the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2003 to 2005, earning their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Eric'sconcentration during their MBA studies was in Entrepreneurship and General Management.
