Dr. Joseph Stefko is the President and CEO of OneROC, an economic alliance aimed at accelerating growth in the Greater Rochester region since 2019. Over the first five years, OneROC's $25 million capacity-building plan has significantly improved regional metrics, including job growth and GDP expansion. Previously, Stefko served as President and CEO of CGR, where they managed strategic direction and expanded operations across 15 states, and as Deputy Director of the Buffalo Fiscal Stability Authority, contributing to over $230 million in savings for the City of Buffalo. Currently, they hold several board positions and are actively involved in regional initiatives while maintaining advanced degrees from the University at Buffalo.
