Ray Pearce

Ray Pearce has extensive experience in the music and entertainment industry, currently serving as a Business Development professional at ONErpm since November 2022. Prior to this, Ray was the Managing Director at Trill from 2014 to March 2020, where Trill became the leading Urban Club Brand in the country, hosting renowned artists such as Kendrick Lamar and Snoop Dogg. From 2015 to December 2018, Ray worked in Artist Management at Rockstar Mechanix, overseeing various musicians and providing comprehensive development support. Earlier roles include serving as a Tour Manager and Assistant Manager at Parade Management, a notable artist management company in Australia and New Zealand, from January 2010 to April 2017, and working as a Sales Executive at Liquid Learning from October 2008 to June 2010.
