Ryan L. Cunningham is an experienced music industry professional, currently serving as the Director of A&R at ONErpm since January 2022, focusing on expanding the country music roster. As the Founder and Head of A&R and Artist Management at Music Row Management since February 2016, Ryan signs and manages emerging artists, including the Grammy-winning band Shenandoah. Previous roles include Director of Membership & Songwriter Relations at the Nashville Songwriters Association International, Artist Manager at Banner Music, and A&R Director at OakHill Music, where Ryan played a vital role in artist development. With a background in social media management and marketing across various companies, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Production from Full Sail University, Ryan has demonstrated a commitment to fostering talent and promoting country music.
