Sol Chen

Sol Chen has had an impressive career trajectory, beginning as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2012. In 2014, they became a Research Fellow at Boston College and a Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Michigan School of Public Health in 2015. In 2017, they became a Thiel Fellow at The Thiel Foundation. In 2016, they Co-Founded Clara Health, where they grew and managed a 30 person team with 11 direct reports across product, engineering, clinical operations, sales, and marketing. Sol also developed management policies around DE&I, 1:1s, annual reviews, feedback structure, employee engagement, compensation levels, and hiring processes. In March 2022, Clara Health was acquired by M&B Sciences and Sol Chen became the Chief Of Staff at OneSchema.

Sol Chen received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics, Economics, and Computer Science from Brown University and completed their secondary education at Saratoga High School.
