Leslie Rains

Leslie Rains is currently the Program Director at OneShield, where they specialize in transforming client workflows and business processes. With a strong background in IT business analysis and project management, Leslie has played an instrumental role in defining and meeting business needs through effective system solutions. Previously, Leslie held various supervisory positions at GEICO, including Underwriting Supervisor and Service & Reissue Supervisor, where they excelled in team coaching and project management. Leslie also earned a Master of Science in Agile Project Management from Amberton University.
