As Chief of Staff to the CEO and COO, Will Sullivan supports the executive-led initiatives spanning investor relations, talent management, product, sales, and delivery. Multi-tasking in this high-paced environment, Will also helps to coordinate the many opportunities for interaction between the employees – from the monthly All Hands Meetings to Executive Team and Board meetings. Prior to joining OneShield, Will honed his planning, communications, and project management skills in his consultancy role with Bain & Company.
