Siva B is currently the Engineering Team Lead at OneSource, where they oversee engineering projects. Previously, they led the project team at Stelis Biopharma for the commissioning and qualification of a Single Use 2KL cell culture facility and served as a Senior Associate Engineer. Siva also worked at Biocon as a Maintenance Engineer, focusing on the preventive maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment and ensuring compliance with clean room standards. They hold a degree from PSNA CET, completed in 2014.
