Previously, Genesis held the position of Absence Management Coordinator at Mercer Human Resources Consulting from 2008 to 2010 and worked as a Quality Assurance & Training Coordinator at RigNet. Currently, Genesis serves as a Travel Consultant at Treasured Travel Destinations, where they continue to blend their business development and marketing expertise.
