Richard C. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Richard started their career in the United States Army as a Specialist, where they served as a Section Leader responsible for artillery fire direction systems. After leaving the Army, Richard worked at Management Insights, Inc as an Account Manager and Client Reporting Supervisor, where they supported Fortune 500 clients in obtaining federal tax incentives.

Richard then moved on to Complete Communications, Inc, where they served as the Director of Marketing Operations. In this role, they organized and launched the company, acted as a liaison between board members and service providers, and represented the company in community programs.

Richard then joined Excel Communications, Inc as a Supervisor, where they managed outbound telesales representatives and successfully met aggressive win-back quotas. Richard also developed an Order Verification program to detect fraud within the sales organization.

Next, Richard worked at OpTel, Inc as an Operations/Implementation Manager. Richard played a key role in the deployment of Local Number Portability and represented the call center in two successful competitor acquisitions.

Richard started as the Vice President of Managed Services and later became the Director and Senior Manager responsible for delivering industry-standard project solutions. Richard'ssuccessful projects at OneSource included high-value data center relocation and consolidation, as well as managing network and infrastructure personnel for global financial firms.

Richard C. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Trinity College, which they attended from 1996 to 2001. During their time at Trinity College, they focused on studying Business Administration. In addition to their degree, Richard obtained a Certification in Management from Southern Methodist University, which they completed from 1999 to 2000.

Richard also holds several additional certifications. In December 2012, they became a First Aid CPR AED Instructor at the American Red Cross. In July 2010, they obtained the OSHA 10 - General Industry Safety and Health certification from OSHA. Additionally, they acquired the OSHA 10 - Construction Safety and Health certification from OSHA in January 2010. In the future, Richard plans to obtain the Cradlepoint Certified Sales Associate certification from Cradlepoint in April 2023.
