Roger Murphy is a PRINCE2-certified ICT Project Manager with nearly 15 years of experience in delivering intricate network infrastructure, security, and telephony projects for both public and private sectors. Currently, they serve as an Information Communication Technology Project Manager at OneSource, overseeing the deployment of new contact center solutions and wifi services for local councils. Previously, Roger held positions such as Technical Project Manager at the London Borough of Lambeth, where they led the successful migration of over 3,400 users to Skype for Business, yielding significant cost savings. Their strong technical background is complemented by expertise in managing cross-functional teams and driving user adoption through change management and training initiatives.
