Manager, Customer Success Enablement

Hailey Postma currently serves as the Manager of Customer Success Enablement at OneSource Virtual, a position held since May 2017, where the focus is on providing resources, tools, and technology to the Customer Success team for effective customer management. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a B.S. in Management and Psychology from Iowa State University.
