Mairé K. is currently the Senior Manager of HRIS at OneSource Virtual, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as the HRIS Manager at Orchard, where they focused on strategy, roadmap, design, and configuration for Workday HCM. Mairé began their career in human resources as a Receptionist and later worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Genelex before transitioning to HRIS roles at NanoString Technologies and Big Fish Games. They earned a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in Global Gender Studies and Philosophy from the University at Buffalo, achieving a 4.0 GPA.
