Rick Bautista

Rick Bautista is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in business process outsourcing and account management. Currently serving as a Customer Base Account Executive at OneSource Virtual since December 2017, Rick specializes in providing cloud-based HR solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients leveraging the Workday platform. Previous roles include Regional Sales Manager at Global Cash Card, where Rick directed sales for a leading employer-sponsored payroll card program, and Reserve Agent at Farmers Insurance, assisting clients in asset protection and risk management. Additionally, Rick held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Orange Tree Employment Screening and served in various capacities at ADP, culminating as National Sales Manager, where strategies were developed to streamline HR and payroll services for large organizations. Rick holds a BBA in Real Estate and Business from the University of North Texas.
