Larry Hefling

Larry Hefling is a seasoned professional in the contact center and technology industry, currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at OneSourceCX since May 2023. Hefling has been the President & CEO of ITS Strategic Consulting, LLC since October 2017, where the focus is on optimizing clients' contact center enterprise expenditures. Prior to that, Hefling held the position of Chief Information Officer at H3C Inc. from July 2016 to September 2017, overseeing IT and operational strategy for remote patient monitoring solutions. Hefling spent three decades at Sitel, culminating in roles as SVP of Global Solutions & Innovation and SVP of Solutions Strategy, focusing on sales strategies and operational efficiencies in outsourced and in-house contact centers. Education was completed at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
