Flavia Miranda

Flavia Miranda is a Senior UX Researcher at OneSpan since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in user experience and product management. Previously, Flavia served as a Product Manager at Descomplica, the largest digital education company in Brazil, focused on innovative solutions for K-12 and higher education. Flavia has also held the position of Senior UX Information Architect at Globo and has contributed as a Professor in a Graduate Course on Usability and Information Architecture at PUC-Rio. Flavia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Design with a specialization in Ergonomics, Usability, and Human-Computer Interaction, and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
