Lara Mataac

Lara Mataac is the current General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at OneSpan. Prior to this, they were General Counsel at Constant Contact from April 2021 to June 2022. From February 2013 to April 2021, they served as Deputy General Counsel at Endurance International Group. Mataac was also Corporate Legal Director at Bottomline Technologies from May 2011 to February 2013 and Counsel at WilmerHale from October 2006 to May 2011. Lara began their career as an Associate at Fenwick & West from March 2004 to September 2006.

Lara Mataac studied at Wellesley College for their BA and then went on to study law at Stanford Law School, where they achieved their JD.

Lara Mataac works with Ajay Keni - CTO, Tom Aurelio - Chief People Officer, and Christian Vézina - Chief Information Security Officer. Their manager is Matthew Moynahan, President & CEO.
