Victor Limongelli is a five-time software CEO with experience leading both public and private equity-backed companies. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at OneSpan, they previously held the same position at BQE Software, where they significantly improved revenue growth and reduced churn. Limongelli is recognized for pioneering two software markets—Endpoint Detection & Response and E-Discovery Software—achieving leadership positions in each as rated by Gartner. They also led a successful turnaround at MobileCause and played a key role in the growth and IPO of Guidance Software. Limongelli earned a JD from Columbia University School of Law and an AB from Dartmouth College.
