Leiah Jansen has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Currently, they are working as a UX/UI Designer at OneSpring since April 2022. Previously, they worked at Soul Flower Clothing as a Creative Director from April 2021 to April 2022, and as a Graphic Designer from June 2010 to March 2021. Leiah also served as a Graphics & Warehouse Assistant at Soul Flower Clothing from August 2009 to May 2010. Additionally, Leiah worked at The Tor Project as a Graphic Designer from September 2012 to June 2016, where they created designs for promotional materials and fundraising campaigns. Leiah was also a Graphic Designer at Radio K for a brief period in March 2010 to May 2010. Earlier in their career, Leiah worked as a Media & Graphic Designer at the University of Minnesota from July 2008 to May 2010, where they created publicity materials and captured content for theatrical productions. Leiah also briefly worked as a Design/Production Assistant at the CEHD Communications Office at the University of Minnesota in 2008, focusing on image editing and organization tasks.
Leiah Jansen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art from the University of Minnesota-Morris, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
In terms of additional certifications, Leiah Jansen has completed various courses and training programs. These include "Foundations of Humane Technology" from the Center for Humane Technology (obtained in February 2023), "DHS Trusted Tester" from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (obtained in November 2022), and "Client Collaboration," "Collaborative meetings," "Mapping & diagramming," and "Miro essentials" from Miro (all obtained in October 2022).
