Ryan Kramer

Ryan Kramer has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Graphic Design Intern at Daikin Applied Americas in 2016. Ryan then worked as a Freelance UX/UI and Visual Designer, taking on various projects in 2016. In 2017, Ryan joined The Design Image Group Inc. as a Graphic Designer. Ryan later worked at Porchlight as a Junior Graphic Designer from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, Ryan has experience in private baseball instruction and coaching, working as a Private Baseball Instructor and a 16u Baseball Coach at DuPage Training Academy. Ryan also worked as a Supervisor at the University of Minnesota St. Paul Gym from 2014 to 2017. Ryan's most recent role is as a UX Designer at OneSpring, where they started in 2023.

Ryan Kramer completed their education in Graphic Design. Ryan first attended Elgin Community College from 2013 to 2014, earning an Associate of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design. Ryan then pursued further studies at the University of Minnesota from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design.

In addition to their formal education, Ryan also obtained several certifications in various aspects of design. In 2022, they completed multiple online courses through Coursera and Google, including "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design," "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate," "Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes," "Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts," "Create High-Fidelity Designs and Prototypes in Figma," and "Responsive Web Design in Adobe XD." Ryan also acquired the "Agile Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in the same year.
