Millicent Boykin

Millicent Boykin is an experienced professional in program management and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Statewide Initiatives at OneStar since February 2022. Prior to this role, Millicent held various leadership positions at VolunteerNow (USA) from July 2001 to February 2022, including Chief Program Officer and Senior Director of Community and Student Engagement. Millicent's early career includes the role of Regional Program Director at Joint Action in Community Service and a position as Job Corps Outreach & Admissions Counselor at the Texas Workforce Commission. Millicent earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northwestern University, graduating in 1996.
